Good investigative work. I offer another scenario for consideration at this time. RG did not think that getting the contract was a "material event" and wanted to wait until our first contract came in to announce it. I know that there are "stock players" who watch the government sites for contracts and buy on speculation. That would explain the increase in volume on those days. I suspect that when RG saw what was going on r/t trading volume he decided it was important enough to let us know about it. I think that this is his first experience with a penny stock and he may not have realized how traders "jump" on something like the GSA contract.
