I think with the Crossflo incident it was probably an oversite, or poor judgement. or they could be tying up loose ends since the merger. I have a much higher regard for RG than our previous CEO's. TPL situation I will always have trouble with. I hate to keep harping on it, but it is always right their in our face too. I can understand, to some degree, that TPL does not want to disclose information about their negoiations. But when this viel of secracy is extented to other aspects of information regarding the MMP I become very suspicious, ie. the German ruling etc. I think RG has to get more involved with the TPL issue and confront it.
