As for the '584, take even a cursory look at the claim amendments. Those are certainly substantive also.
I think it's unreasonable to argue that intervening right haven't destroyed any past damages claims.>
Ah technical differences. Do we have an EE? Do we have someone with the necessary background to make sense of these amendments? Perhaps you can explain further these technical differences? Most here would be very grateful. I certainly would. TIA
