Believe it or not but that is exactly what I had already started to write this morning but then I deleted it because I feared to pick a fight with certain people, who actually seem to have not understood patent law.

Please let me add to your absolute right assessment that a patent infringement cannot be determinded by just the sole infringement of one subclaim that the main claim, which is the first claim of a patent, is the most important.

Above all it has to be investigated, if ARM's products affect the main claim somehow.
