Thank you for the reply, but I don't see anything of benefit in what you posted or what Ron posted. Ron basically said he has no clue. Is that the helpful part? Or is it the part that says something like you could have asked 10,000 patent attorneys and or EEs about validity? What is he trying to convey there? Trying to reinforce the no one really knows statement? Anyone with half a brain would know that is total bunk, at least at this point in time. The 584 has been recertified. We know exactly what it says. To insinuate that even today patent attorneys or EEs would not be able to know anything about the strength/weakness of the patent is absurd. IMHO.
