Ron, I want to thank you for your e mail on the subject of the Markman hearing in the Spring of 2007. At that hearing Judge Ward did ask Attorney Cook if he had questions on the 584 and Attorney Cook's answer was not at this time. I was not there but Judge Ward response was that's too bad. It is my feeling that if Attorney Cook had been prepared at that time, Judge Ward might have given a favorable ruling to the 584 also. I would like to thank Ron for his time and have always respected his mind and good intentions, again Ron, Thank You.
