I would guess the time line will be a factor. ADM had control of them from 2003 to Dec. 2005. With all these declaratory judgement cases being filed againt us I'm beginning to wonder how much control TPL still has over the licensing program. Are these companies claiming they are being harassed. Now the stay. In the T's case we will now have to wait for recertification of the 148 and the 336 before that case moves ahead. Certainly nothing on the MMP side of the business is in black and white. Go Crossflo!
