The last noting of claims 1-28 that I have found in the PAIR documents appears in the document dated 2009-02-09, Amendment After Final, page 14 of 19, where it states in the last paragraph:

"Claims 1-29 remain in this patent. Claims 1-28 are not subject to reexamination. Claim 29 is pending and subject to reexamination. Claims 30-54 have been cancelled by this amendment. Claim 29 is amended."

This is the basis of my comment regarding the standing of claims 1-28 as unaffected or changed, which in conjunction with amended claim 29 should comprise the whole recertified patent.

Tomorrow I'll compare the original and amended claim 29 to attempt to evaluate the ramifications of the amendment.
