I am just surpised that they believe the 584 has only one claim in effect!
What's the deal with that line of thinking?
I think they looked at this document and looked no further. Since claim 29 was the only one examined in the reexam it was the only allowed for the reexam purposes. There was no need to allow the other 28 since they were never in question:
