The applicant field always shows both parties:

First the patent owner, second the requesting company and on third place the person, who is in charge for the request.

What surprised me, was PTSC standing in this list, while with the other requests it has been TPL (what I thought was correct for all request, but as you'll see, it is not).

But definitely Fish & Richardson are requesting a re-ex against the '336.

If someone can tell me how to insert pictures I could show the bibliographic datasheets for all the request...
