Our original patent was filed in 1988 (?) then it was broken into 7 individual patents which were filed at later dates. So how can they site prior art that is after 1988? Wouldn't we be prior art for those patents? Or do we have to attempt to invalidate them?

They have the money I guess they can try to wait us out.
