Don`t we need to hire a new legal team first to review the offer from TPL to make sure we are not getting screwed or is Carlton Johnson savvy/experienced enough to provide Patriot with legal guidance on this issue. Oh and yes we`ve never been screwed when we had attorneys guiding us before!

Royalties from AMD - To me it seems clear that if AMD signed a license agreement with us they are already using our tech. Does anyone else expect royalties from this license agreement to show in the upcoming quarter?

BTW .089574 was our ``weight`` today for the warrant repricing. I believe Brian stated that .08 was the set price for these. Did anyone keep track of the ``weight`` for the whole window? Was today the last day for the repricing window?
