I my opinion..this pretty much is the nail in the coffin..that these guys are not friendly to PTSC..i.e. not on our side..as they would have an obvious conflict of interest based on the litigation..

IMO this is a two pronged effort to stay proceedings (give them time not to pay) both on the litigation and the USPTO efforts..pretty much said as much in the F&R presentation that was posted
