If you look at the Trans. History of the original '336 re-ex, it took 2 days from the Litigation search to determine if the re-ex was to be ordered. The current new re-ex has the Litigation Search posted on May 5, 2009. I'm hoping it'll be next week when we find out if it is ordered this time.
