filed a lawsuit against TPL. In his previous updates he never mentioned a suit actually being filed at least I didn't take it that way. It seemed more like the threat of one.

Documents and discussion relating to the lawsuit filed by me against TPL. I removed these a month ago and will be posting them again. But that will take some time since I failed to download them successfully."
