Re: Mark, thanks for posting these notices....correction...
My initial post on this subject indicates that Mr. Moore himself may be pursuing
the re-exam. After further review, however, I cannot necessarily reach that
conclusion, as we cannot know for sure at this point who retained the new law
firm that is involved. I had thought that it might be Moore, so that he would
be able to make a submission of his own to the PTO without the assistance of TPL
--- however, that cannot be known at this juncture, at least based on the
small amount of reading I have done.
We will find all of this out in due course. For now, my apologies for having
asserted a possible conclusion on too little information.
Best wishes to all.

I went to Agora to see what discussion might be occurring, but found virtual
silence even in view of the fact that Charles Moore seems to be pursuing the new
re-exam of the '336 with a new attorney, and in view of some of the other
implications contained therein.

It seems that the long-suffering shareholders, instead of demanding meaningful
information as to these developments concerning IP of which WE are part owners,
will yet again be satisifed with
morphing into ostriches. This is amazing to
me, but it appears that most folks are content with having sand in all orifices
above their shoulders. As long as this continues, we will, of course, continue
to receive the same treatment.
