His site is unlike any blog I've been in many years. Maybe this can be called an old school blog.
Putting aside the look of his site does he advance his cause by publicly playing out this dispute with TPL?
Perhaps? It does bring an air of uncertainty and perhaps TPL will finally want him to just go away. On the other hand, public disclosure of agreements and intrepretations prior to or during legal proceedings is usually not a wise thing. He more or less admits he is house (cabin) rich and cash poor. Is he taking some of his leverage away?
I will leave that to legal scholars to debate. Back to my rock.
