Examiner Rimmel is finally getting all the ducks in a row and is likely headed toward a re-cert. Meanwhile he is determining if the new re-ex will go ahead based on new found prior art.
I would think that now after about 2 years of deep scrutiny and explanations he must be one of the leading authorities on the '336. Therefore it should be much easier than before for him to determine if the new prior art is valid or not in regards to the '336.
Hopefully he can make quick work of denying the new re-ex.
All IMHO
