I do believe that is the primary issue he is selling. The difference between him and myself would have been to leave any personal issues out of the picture. We are talking big bucks here. The last thing one should do is interject information that appears to bring your motives into question. I think revealing his personal financial shortfalls was a boneheaded move. IMO.
