Message: PTSC vs. PDSG - what's left for PTSC then...?

I still maintain-

A. It seems to me all of this talk of legal action may account for at least some of the selling and the current depressed share price.

B. Of course if a suit is filed we can be virtually assured that the share price will drop further.

I haven't seen a coherent strategy that does not have the negative effects of A & B above.

Biajj- A few questions-

1. Is this the time to be discussing or doing something like this with a possible recert imminent and what looks like a fair amount of momentum transitioning to additional business models with excellent potential?

2. Do you have any examples you would care to share in which the average shareholder has made out quantitatively better than if no action had been taken. This takes a certain amount of clairvoyance but please give examples in which there were tangible benefits after such actions.

3. What is the percentage of "successful" actions in this context? - with successful defined as shareholders better off beyond just feeling better for having done something.

4. And most importantly-How does one shareholder or a group of shareholders take this sort of derivative action or class without further depressing the share price? I have not seen one strategy that doesn't undermine the share price in so taking these sorts of legal actions. Walk us through it.

I am inclined to conclude that this is all only tilting at windmills if there is no coherent explanation that anticipates and solves the effect on share price issue of taking such an action.
