What would they be saying if they initiated this act and then all of sudden the tables turned and great things start to happen; in my opinion it would hamper any run.

I believe things are going to start changing for the positive, the more we separate ourselves from the patent portfolio. After all we had to new platforms and patents to concentrate on.
