I make no apology for the actions of the BoD, past, present, or future. I will however respond to any suggested futile "fishing expedition" which any court will dismiss as such.

For your "light to be shone" there has to be substantiable nefarious activities to not only focus the light, but also commence a civil action.

Categorically state what you percieve to be illegal, with supporting facts, and I will gladly join any civil suit.

Vacuous whinging about S&L, dividends, or insider trading, is in my very humble opinion, just that, devoid of any merit.

Like many, I bought because of the patents, but, shine a light, the company is diversifying. Had I known this years ago would I have still purchased? YES!. Will I sell because there is more than licensing fees? NO!

A scenario:

A crying child is being repeatedly hit on the back by an adult.

Do you,

a) Go home and complain on a message board about doing something?;

b) Inform the authorities immediately?

If the answer is "b" and the authority fails to take any further action, might it be because the action is perfectly legal? (The child has food stuck in their throat and the adult was merely trying to dislodge it).
