Does this other company you speak of have a commercialization agreement with another company that is not a public company?

Does this other company have a NDA as a result of litigation? (Referring to the J3 settlement)

Is this company currently involved in litigation where court rules must be followed?

Are the patents this company holds under review by the USPTO?

Perhaps these are some of the differences. It has been stated here many times that PTSC has its hands tied by the CMA and is not at liberty to unilaterly disclosed or discuss certain facts. It is unfortunate but these agreements govern RG's ability to communicate on matters pertaining to the MMP.
