If I read this from CM's blog:

" I guess he wants it down 9.6 days before May 30? "

read this from the new PDSG-website:

"www.PDSG.com’s official launch will be June 1, 2009. "

hear Mr. Goerner refuse to speak about the MMP because of "opportunities and activities":

"due to on-going activities, I could not address any specific questions with regard to the MMP™ Portfolio."

know that PTSC fiscal year is ending on May 31 (perfect time to make a change...)

then my question is:

WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE END OF MAY?

Why is it so important for TPL to get Moore's website down before May 30?

I could start with some really wild speculations about what could be the reasons for this...
