All sides to the above have to agree to the terms before it can be entered.
In the event that rights to the patents were granted to Leckrone/TPL, Moore could find his recent transfer of the patents into his trust as problematic, to say the least.
The recent revelations regarding property and income losses is outlining a poential claim for pecuniary damages, in my very humble opinion.
Regardless of what TPL may or may not have done, Moore is not doing himself any favors by posting on his blog, and it could, in fact, come back to haunt him, in my opinion.
