Leverage is using power /advantage to get into a position of getting what you want/need.

TPL wants the links down. - They got what they wanted - for $9,600 at least till end of May. ( I expect that TPL is either getting ready to purse some course of legal action...or buying time to defend themselves) They used Money to get what they wanted.

Moore wants 30 million, ( or whatever balance owed for the MMP royalties) ---so he puts up a website to pressure TPL...

Did he get his money? Nope ----- $9,600 to shut down his links

MOORE is DEPENDANT on the royalties that TPL collects on the MMP... he knows this and risks collecting future $$$$.

If Moore had leverage.... he would have kept the site UP and Not backed out until he got

1. Arbitration

2. Agreement on Payment Owed

3. Contracts - reworked or redone...etc

My guess is that TPL has all their ducks in row in regards to Moore....

Moore is the loose cannon...and probably has ALOT more to lose than TPL...
