How strong is his position? Has he legally assigned ownership of his patents to TPL? He may eventually be out of luck and a judge may issue a gag order on his blog actions.

If in fact TPL is not delinquent on their payments to Moore, (are expenses accurate?) then he has nothing more coming than what he is getting. I'm hoping TPL/Alliacense has been on the up and up with him. (I really don't trust Leckrone though) If not, what does that say about the value of the recent license fees? Thirty thousand a month isn't exactly outrageous compensation is it?

I'm glad PTSC is staying out of the fray for the time being.
