I certainly understand where you are coming from in regards to the video. I can't give the man "style points" for enthusiasm. That definitely isn't his strong point. The only thing I would point out is that his demeanor doesn't appear to be any different on conference calls either. He is a low key, no nonsense personality. We've all worked with individuals like that and I wouldn't consider that to be a negative attribute unless their an idiot as well. When discussing our products, he comes across as someone who certainly has educated himself and is able to talk the language in regards to the Crossflo CDX platform.
One of my biggest concerns would be a scenario in which he decides the web in which PTSC and TPL have entangled themselves has become to complex and stressful. I could invision a guy like himself deciding he's to old for the BS and doesn't need the money. I don't know whats going on behind the scenes but this whole Moore situation has given me an uneasy feeling. I know some say its much ado about nothing. The problem is there a plenty of companies that would sit back and let the cannibals kill one another without ever firing a shot. The other side of that brings the '336 re-exam to mind. Why in the world would Moore start revolting now if the patent looks like a possible lock? Why wouldn't Leckrone pay him if they thought the patent was going to come out intact and with teeth? None of this makes sense unless theres something else going on that we just don't know about. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see a 3rd party emerge in the MMP mix. Perhaps TPL has decided the ball is to heavy for them to go alone. Are we getting ready to split licensing fees 3 ways? PTSC, TPL and ?????
