Interesting post. Did you mention price? What is the MMP worth? That is more to speculate about. What ever the price we might get, we could get cash and be done with all the uncertainty. Let another company try to collect from infringers. Or maybe another company would have the clout to make more companies pay up for a license. How about a new partnership or just the idea of selling a portion of the MMP or PTSC's interest. Like 50% or 51% or 49%???? Who has the right to sell it ( the MMP ) anyway? Moore, TPL, PTSC? Or would PTSC be selling their interest only and TPL and Moore would have a new shareholder? Can Moore or PTSC or TPL sell their interest to anyone or only to other current holders? The best part of the speculation to me is that the uncertainty would be over. CASH in hand and a company like Crossflo with money to grease the wheels and get it moving. Not to mention buying a few new companies. It's fun to speculate. Sometimes it turns into reality. Other times it is just speculation unless there are some facts to go on. You did name a few. A few more clues and who knows?!!
