Was/Is it RG's job to "kill" PTSC?

I know most of you will find this a very strange idea but from the beginning of RG's start I was wondering if his job could be to "terminate" the old PTSC and start a new one (what obviously is his main goal) - but without the old shareholder...

I know this sounds odd and highly speculative and the probability of this being possible is less than 1% but this is a discussion board and it's just a thought and nothing is happening...so take it just like BWTHDIK...;-)
