On TPL's website. Even more puzzling is the information listing Moore as the CTO and Chet Brown as the CEO. How in the world can TPL legally promote this as an on-going operation clearly stating that these men are employed with them? When my former boss quit, two things happened almost immediately: 1) They changed the locks on the building and 2) they removed his name from our website. That was standard procedure even though everyone hated to see him go. Is TPL playing a game of cloak and dagger with infringers hoping to stem the tide of companies that may walk away? What is occuring is the exception not the rule. At any other company the sign would be off the door and the names erased. Very strange.
