Who knows ............ that's one of the problems. If so, they waited until the beginning of a new quarter which could mean the number will not only be buried in with any and all other Q1 signings, but also it will not be until Oct 15th until those such figures will be released, buying more time (for what) and providing more subterfuge (for what). The beat goes on.
