Of course not sure... i have believed that PTSC has been naked short sold in the past and still may have some of these shares to be covered... however no proof... except that we do trade on foriegn exchanges which was one of the items that makes it harder to track...

PS,,,PTSC last summer did also show on the FTD (failure to deliever) check but it was under 150,000 shares small amount.. this does not track foriegn markets...
