it's the current market price for PTSC!

Many things went wrong over the last 3 years. Huge potential was torn down by lawsuits, reexamins, BOD decisions and internal disputs etc.

IMO, it will take time to establish PTSC as a "new" company. The bad thing is, that RG still needs more money form the MMP which turned off as our biggest problem.
