I gave you a thumb. But I'd take it back if I could. After giving some consideration to each of the following points, I definitely to not agree with all of them.
After 15 months of time at PTSC Mr. Goerner failed to create
- shareholder value
- shareholder trust
- awareness in the market
- seriousness
- professionalism
With the baggage that this company has, I seriously doubt we will be able to attract a better qualified CEO to lead the company. Given what we know about RG, I suspect he is just as frustrated as we all are.
Wondering if your email might be more constructive and receiptive if you offered some cudos for what he has done, then highlight some areas you feel are still needing greater attention.
