You and I could probably run the company you work for because it is established. The CEO's just need to keep it running.
PTSC is starting from scratch. They have to invent themselves and then sell themselves to build a company from nothing. That is what RG has to do and I would suggest that this could be more difficult than running an established company. If he can make PTSC into somthing then he well could be worth $500K per year. When government is involved whether it's the USPTO or the government awarding a software contract, the wheels turn very slowly. Lets give RG some more time.
