Do you think perhaps the USPTO has had somthing to do with the performance of the MMP to date and the resultant SP? This seems to be a fact that escapes you.
I was under the impression based on facts that TPL is handling the MMP licensing effort. Has this changed and is RG now in charge of the MMP licensing efforts? You seem to imply that he is in control.
How much did the latest MMP licenses go for since the German validation decision? You seem to feel the SP reflects the financial results for all 18 licenses is this correct?
RG should be judged on the SP performance someday, but imo, now is not the time. Your assessment of his performance based solely on the MMP licensing and the SP to date is rediculous imo and very short sighted. Some of us understand the history and can see the big picture and have a positive vision still of PTSC's future and of RG's performance so far. If you can't see this future based on what RG has presented to you to date in spight of the SP, then I question why you are still here.
Is RG worth his salary? I think the jury is still out on this one. I certainly hope he is and if he can take PTSC to the next level imo yes he will have been worth every penny. This is no guarantee by any means and my assessment/opinion of RG may be completely wrong, but at this point in time I think judging him is premature.
Good luck,
Steve
