He works FOR the board, he is not ON the board. Thus, do you think he is "working on adjusting the BOD compensation"?

What is troubling is the board (at least the 3 members whom we know to be incompetent and/or mis-aligned) either does not recognize their failures, or perhaps do so but continue to somehow feel justified in milking the company.
