I Hate to be negative but the layout structure of that website is not very good. The main navigation is below that large accordian menu thingy so its gets lost and that background image is terrible. Sorry I do web development for a living so it kind of irks me a bit. I work with some great web designers (I'm more on the programming side). Our design guys have done stuff for large companies.

As long as they get new contracts I guess thats all that matters.
