FWIW

We asked for some amendments and are waiting for the answer since May 12, '09.

Then there's the new re-ex request that is pending the decision to be denied or granted since May 5, '09.

For the '148 it's been since Mar. 27, '09 that we've been waiting for the decision regarding amendments.

The '584 took about 2.5 months from the amendment request.

I think I read somewhere they can take 3 months to respond but am not sure.
