90/010551. Only a casual look at Uhlendoff patent, but it would appear that while there is an on chip ring oscillator, it is not the system clock. Also I do not see any ring oscillator clocking a CPU. The definition of CPU being decided in the 148 reexam. If the USPTO accepts our definition of CPU in the 148, it kind of kills any possibility this one will fly. IMHO

90/009457. I could have sworn that the request for reexam was listed on the IFW with all the prior art detail. Does anyone remember? If so, it no longer is available to view and that would bother me.
