You're incorrect if you think I am pleased with the status quo or that I refused to do anything to stir the pot. What you are missing is that while I may post my thoughts and concerns here, and read others' to see new perspectives or ponts that I may have missed, I take my concerns directly to Mr. Goerner and the company, and even to TPL on occassion. And I continue to pursue a response from them until I get one. Some of those exchanges, I've shared here. However, I'm not expecting others to do my work on my investment for me as you seem to be. Nor do I think it's constructive to simply pick at scabs. I think you can be critical, and point out faults of the company and the leaders, and solicit support from others to act on those views, but unless you are personally willing to engage the company which you state is a waste of your time, it seems illogical that you can expect your concerns to be addressed, wouldn't you agree?
