You stated that the share buyback should be "resumed", but you don't answer where you find that it has been discontinued. While I'd love to see a stronger buyback program, PTSC currently does not have the cash to do so, though to date, they have bought back nearly 2.5% of the totals shares OS. You're asking for them to buyback $5.7M in shares at current prices, yet also requesting that they buy companies that are currently profit generating. Considering you've just asked them to spend over half of their liquid cash, where would you expect them to get the money to buy these companies? With stock? Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it?
