The other unknown at this point is what effect the German validation of the MMP is having on the abilities of TPL to licence infringing companies and also how it has impacted license fee amounts? Just after the German validation licensing has been imo restored to a steady flow as we see a license every couple weeks also Moore's hint that fees may have increased over the period when licensing slowed to a crawl. In my view the German validation may have been the turning point for the licensing effort.
There is no doubt however, that the 336 revalidation should be huge as well as money coming in from the GSA contract. I wonder if Montana was picked as the pilot state because it has more nuclear silo installations than any other state in the U. S.? Seems that national security/military applications would be a high priority.
