I agree with you about Johnson. He should not even be on the BOD as his major concern is to make money for Swartz.
It is my opinion that we need to get rid of Swartz before PTSC as a co. can realize any profit. Swartz has had a stranglehold on us now for many years and has been bleeding sh dry. Hawk Associoates is associated with them also. How in the world it is leagal for them to move all of their men in and ``take over`` a co. is beyond me. Johnson is NOT the legal counsel this co. needs--It would have to come from outside the co. and I don`t know if LG can or even wants to go outside the co.. Carlton M. Johnson, was appointed a director on November 3, 1999. Mr. Johnson currently serves as legal counsel for Roswell Capital Partners, LLC and has served as legal counsel for Equiplace Securities, LLC (formerly Swartz Investments, LLC) since 1996. Mr. Johnson has been an active member of the Alabama State Bar since 1986, the Florida Bar since 1988, and the State Bar of Georgia since 1997. He has been a shareholder in the Florida AV rated, Bar registered firm of Smith, Sauer, DeMaria & Johnson and Vice President and President-Elect of the 600 member Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.
