Well we will just have disagree on this one.... thier is so little interest in this stock with such a low amount of volume it is easy for an MM to maniuplate the spread... example yesterdayspread was @ .0005 between the bid & ask the .015.. a MM can make money just by moving the spread....

I also want to correct your earlier statement PTSC can & does trade after hours just like shorting this stock it may not avaiable to all traders but I ahve defintly seen this trade after hours...... you are correct that some of the traffic maybe to clear up postions....
