It may be but, I assumed it would be stated differently if the re-exam request was rejected. Trust me, I hope you are correct. I know some will view it positively because everyone is under the impression the patent was rejected, this would prove otherwise. At the same time, how can we possibly sit through another 2 years of this garbage. The patent life will be useless.
