Is this not a good sign... if the prior art made the 336 all rejected then thier would be no Re-exam... does this mean they are going to re-evaluate the prior art issue... I just do not understand how they would do a re-exam if all claims where rejected could this be a positive sign... I have no idea about this so looking for feedback from our patent people...
