Tried to edit the last post to correct the ending but basically using the context of the RG language, Stansion = chip supplier and Sirius=system supplier. Therefore, Sirius is the right target, even if they don't want to be, lol.

So I guess the question is as a spin-off of AMD, does the AMD license cover Spansion? If so, then Sirius should be covered by the LG v Quanta ruling, it seems, UNLESS of course the type of conditional language that was referenced in the ruling was included in the contract with AMD at that time. Having the foresight to include that type of language in the AMD deal seems doubtful, but apparently, the AMD deal doesn't cover Spansion since Alliacense is going after Sirius, and Sirius doesn't seem to suggest that Spansion is covered. As usual, clear as mud, lol.
