The latest pacer (thanks to wolf again!) says:
"Over 60 technology companies, such as Intel, AMD, Hewlett-Packard, and Nokia, have licensed the technology these five patents disclose and claim."
while the SANYO pr on the PTSC website says:
"Over 55 global companies from the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Taiwan have licensed the MMP Portfolio technologies."
Hm, five companies difference...where are they?
Another interesting hint to the importance of a working relationship between TPL and Moore is:
"Charles Moore, one of the named co-inventors and perhaps the most important witness regarding development of the patented inventions, resides in the Northern District."
And does anybody know what the following means? What is Oki doing in here?
"Oki Semiconductor Company, a third party with critical knowledge of the efforts to reduce the patented inventions to practice, is based in the Northern District of California."
